His experience spans a wide range of asset classes, including corporate headquarters, mixed-use developments, and large-scale industrial facilities. Valentin’s expertise includes site selection, portfolio optimization, due diligence, development feasibility, and real estate financial analysis, enabling clients to make informed, strategic decisions about where and how to invest.
