Decommissioning & Dilapidations

By leveraging our global network of furniture buyers to re-purpose used furniture, fixtures, and equipment, we provide significant cost savings to clients while mitigating the risks and environmental impacts of a move. For dilapidated buildings, we take a commercial approach, putting our vast experience representing both landlords and tenants to use in determining a resolution or capital repair plan to mitigate liability and risk.

Landlord tenant relationships can be complicated, especially when it comes to deciding whether the tenant has looked after the landlord’s building properly.
