The CBRE Austria Advisory Services team has unveiled its new office in Vienna following extensive search for space, planning, change processes, interior design, project management and local building supervision.

CBRE has created a modern office on the 8th floor of the QBC at the main station in Vienna.

Concept Idea

The concept idea for our own office in Quartier Belvedere is based on three defining elements of the city of Vienna, which should be reflected within the project: the culture of Vienna - innovative aspects of the city - as well as the green space of the Danube. These elements run through the individual areas of the new office and create synergies, which are defined by the building typology.

The centerpiece is the RISE-Bar, which serves as a central starting point where the individual areas come together. The respective areas are structured according to their function, creating both modern open-space areas and confidential zones, as well as pure client areas. The work areas extend along the glass façade over the entire area and provide an exciting view over the city of Vienna, whereas the meeting rooms are arranged along the core of the building.

The elegant colour selection, as well as the high-quality materials and products, create a coherent overall image that extends from the entrance area, through the customer area, to the work areas. The chosen design ideas, for example the structure of the roof of St. Stephen's Cathedral, the striking facade of the Mumok Museum, as well as the lounge area in the style of the Naschmarkt, create a direct reference to the capital and connect the office space with the stylistic resources of Vienna.
